The Preventicus Heartbeats app measures your heart rhythm via your smartphone and helps you to identify and manage cardiovascular risks at an early stage. This certified medical device reliably detects signs of cardiac arrhythmias – such as atrial fibrillation – particularly when used regularly, with the aim of preventing stroke and dementia, amongst other things. If any abnormalities are detected, the ECG-comparable analyses can be quality-checked at the Telecare Centre (included in the Value Package), thereby supporting a follow-up consultation with a doctor. COMPREHENSIVE 360° HEALTH ASSESSMENT The 360° Health Compass included in the Value Package also provides a comprehensive overview of your well-being and potential emerging lifestyle risks relating to cardiovascular health, mental health, metabolism and mobility. The product is aimed at health-conscious and proactive individuals, particularly those of middle age and above, but especially those with or recovering from pre-existing conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (stroke, heart attack, coronary heart disease) and sleep apnoea. It is also suitable for those with increased risks, for example due to being overweight or nicotine or alcohol consumption.
