IMPORTANT DETAILS • Account Set-up: To use the MyRXNT app, you MUST have an existing RXNT Patient Portal account set up in conjunction with your healthcare provider. If you do not have an account yet, please contact your healthcare provider directly to request access. • Logging In: After downloading and launching MyRXNT, you MUST select the appropriate account type and log in using the same username and password you use to access RXNT’s desktop Patient Portal (https://app2.rxnt.com/phr/). If you’re unable to sign in, please contact your healthcare provider directly! • Features - The features available with your MyRXNT account will depend on what your healthcare provider has enabled. If you have questions on these features, please reach out to your healthcare provider directly with questions.
