If you do not have an account yet, please contact your healthcare provider directly to request access. • Logging In: After downloading and launching MyRXNT, you MUST select the appropriate account type and log in using the same username and password you use to access RXNT’s desktop Patient Portal (https://app2.rxnt.com/phr/). If you’re unable to sign in, please contact your healthcare provider directly! • Features - The features available with your MyRXNT account will depend on what your healthcare provider has enabled.
