Análisis de la app Treadmill Workout Planner para 5 de noviembre

Treadmill Workout Planner is a powerful tool for incline walking and running workouts. It connects to your treadmill via Bluetooth (FTMS protocol) and changes speed and incline automatically as your workout progresses — no manual adjustments needed. Build custom interval plans and track real-time metrics — all from one app. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any subscription service or maker of exercise equipment. 📡 Treadmill Bluetooth Control Works with treadmills that support the FTMS (Fitness Machine Service) Bluetooth profile. 🏗 Custom Workout Builder Design your own workout from scratch with a flexible segment editor. 📊 Live Metrics & Graphs Five real-time graphs update as you train: - Speed & Incline - Cumulative Elevation - Calories per Hour - MET (Metabolic Equivalent) - Cadence (steps per minute) 💓 Heart Rate Monitoring Connect a Bluetooth heart rate monitor to track your HR zones live. 🤖 AI Workout Prompt Builder Answer a short questionnaire about your goals, fitness level, duration, and preferences. The app generates a ready-made prompt — copy it to your favourite AI chat (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.) and get a personalized workout plan. Paste the AI response back to apply it instantly. 📁 Presets Save your favorite workout configurations as named presets. 🕒 Workout History See date, duration, distance and calories for each completed session. 📈 Statistics & Progress Turn your history into insight: goals & streaks, an activity heatmap, weekly progress, personal records, all-time totals, a heart-rate zone breakdown, an elevation journey that climbs real mountains, fitness trends and milestones. 👥 Multiple Profiles, One Account Share the app with your family: everyone gets their own profile with separate body parameters, heart-rate zones, goals and workout history — while presets and settings stay shared. One Pro subscription covers the whole household. ⌚ Heart Rate from Your Watch Wear OS 3 and later — Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and newer, Pixel Watch. A companion app on the watch sends your heart rate straight into the workout: nothing to pair, no chest strap needed. 🛡 Maximum Heart Rate Safety Set a limit by zone or exact BPM. If your heart rate stays above it, the app eases the treadmill down and holds an active recovery until your pulse is back in range — then the workout continues at a lighter load. ♾ Free Run A workout with no plan. Walk as you like and let the app record it: drive the belt from the app's keypad, or use the treadmill's own buttons and let the app read the numbers.
