To help you achieve these goals, Kinomap offers a variety of exercise options. PRACTICAL Free sessions to get started quickly, with or without a specific goal. Guided sessions to help you reach your goals based on the different categories available. You can now create your own interval session! This session is designed based on the principle of alternating between intense and moderate effort.
