Before you start You’ll need to be registered for Santander Connect online banking with an up-to-date mobile phone number registered so that we can send you a One Time Passcode (OTP). Once that’s done, it takes a few minutes to get started with Santander Connect: •     Open the app and enter your Santander Connect log on details •     We’ll send you a OTP by text message •     Enter the code into the app to register your device •     Create a 5-digit PIN to protect your app •     We’ll ask you if you want to set up Touch ID or Face ID to log on and authorise payments instead of using a PIN. And that’s it, you’re in. Remember Never share an One Time Passcode (OTP) with another person. Not even a Santander employee. Never download software or let anyone log on to your computer or devices remotely following or during a cold call. Never enter your Online Banking details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.
