A split fee of up to 3% for each line of credit, based on how much you borrow each month, is also charged and cannot be reduced with early repayment. Flex Pay in Full users who are not extended a line of credit, are also subject to the 0.5% processing fee of their total rent amount (an additional 2.5% surcharge fee applies when using a credit card).
