 2. The check cells on each row and column to have equal number of Light Blue and Green squares. 3.1 Three(3) cells same color in row are not allowed for level 6 x 6 and 8 x 8. 3.2 Four(4) cells same color in row are not allowed for level 10 x 10 and 10 x 12
