Analyse de l'application oishio pour le 21 octobre

It is said that most people find food tasty when the salinity is between 0.6% and 0.8%. (This seems to be because the salt concentration is close to that of human body fluids.) If you only use salt for seasoning, you can find the right amount of salt by calculating "total weight x 0.008". However, in cooking, we use not only salt, but also soy sauce, miso, and other seasonings with different salt concentrations, and sometimes a combination of them, making it time-consuming to calculate the amount of seasoning that will result in a salt concentration of 0.6% to 0.8%. oishio is an app that solves this problem. By entering the weight of the ingredients into oishio, you can easily calculate the amount of seasoning that people find tasty. Main functions - Calculation of the appropriate amount of salt - Calculation of the appropriate amount of seasoning - Calculator-style weight input - Notes on ingredients/cooking - Designation of salt concentration - Designation of the ratio of seasonings to be used - Calculations that take into account the weight of the seasoning - Attaching a reference URL - Attaching a photo - Save the input recipe - Sharing recipe - "With one seasoning" mode
