Analyse de l'application Psychometric Tests pour le 6 octobre

Psychometric tests are standardised, scientific tests – usually taken on a computer, which are used to assess your intelligence, abilities, potential and personality. Most employers now use them as a sifting mechanism during the recruitment process. Psychometric tests are administered scientifically which means that the conditions are the same for everyone. They are against the clock, done under pressure of nerves and scored in particular way. This program replicates these conditions as closely as possible - giving you invaluable practice before you have to sit the real thing. Make sure you are the one who gets that job! More and more companies are using psychometric tests before deciding who to invite back for an in-depth interview. And the vast majority of people who take them, fail them. This could be you – not because you don’t have the intelligence – but simply because you don’t have the test-taking skills required. Get on the right track - test technique is crucial. The most valuable preparation is getting to know the different sorts of questions and test formats. Then practice will improve your reasoning skills and give a big boost to your confidence. Through practice and the advice on this program you will know that there is often more than one way to crack a question. You will also learn to recognise the same test just presented differently – using shapes instead of numbers, for example. When you don’t know – guess. Realise your full potential. Create more time – earn more marks. Psychometric tests are always against the clock. The more questions you answer the higher your potential mark. If you immediately recognise the type of question and know how to tackle it you will save precious minutes others around you are spending trying to understand what to do. This is the greatest advantage the Psychometric Tests Volume 1 gives you. Time to show what you are actually capable of.
