Analyse de l'application Sedal: River and Ocean Fishing pour le 3 novembre

Sedal is your fishing app: rivers and reservoirs on a map, the species found in each body of water, your catch log, and a community of anglers. And, before you head out, the regulations for each section, sourced from official authorities. WHAT IT DOES • The map. Rivers section by section and reservoirs overlaid on official maps from the National Geographic Institute, with orthophotos and topographic relief. Search for a river, reservoir, or fishing reserve by name and drill down to the specific section. • Can you fish today? Each entry opens with the current information for today: closed seasons, non-fishing days, regulations (open, reserved, catch-and-release, or off-limits), quotas and size limits by species, and a link to your region’s annual fishing order in the official gazette. Sedal doesn’t interpret the rules—it presents them to you and tells you where they come from. • Your species collection. One hundred freshwater and saltwater species, each with its own profile, photos, and a map showing where they’ve been recorded. Every species you catch is unlocked; the ones you haven’t caught yet appear as silhouettes. • Your log. Record your catch with species, size, weight, tackle, and a photo; group them by fishing trips; and view your stats and your top three catches on your profile. • Your spots and licenses. Save your favorite fishing spots and add your licenses in three steps, with their expiration dates at your fingertips. • Other anglers. Follow whoever you want, share your fishing trips if you feel like it, comment, reply, and mention others. If you turn on notifications, you’ll be notified when someone follows you or comments on your posts. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE DOWNLOADING IT Sedal is for informational and guidance purposes only. Not all fishing reserves, closed areas, and special-regime zones are marked on the map, because many annual regulations describe them in words rather than with coordinates. A section shown on the map does not mean you can fish there: always check the official regulations for your region and bring your fishing license. YOUR FISHING SPOT IS YOURS The exact location of your catches is never published, even when you share a fishing trip: for a public outing, only the name of the section is visible. Photos are stripped of location metadata before being uploaded. No ads, no analytics, and no tracking. You can delete your account and all your data right from the app.
