Analyse de l'application Land Area Measure – TerraTrace pour le 22 octobre

Know the size of any piece of land before you decide. Walk the boundary with GPS, draw it on the map, or type the coordinates — TerraTrace gives you the area, the perimeter, and a cost estimate in seconds, and keeps a record you can trust. THREE WAYS TO MEASURE - Track: walk or drive the boundary and let GPS place the points, with the accuracy of every fix shown as you go. - Draw: tap corners on the satellite map, drag them into place, and read the area instantly. - Coordinates: paste or type latitude and longitude in any common format, including degrees-minutes-seconds and UTM. MADE FOR LAND DECISIONS - Lot size and acreage in acres, hectares, square feet, and square meters, switchable at any time. - Cost estimate: enter a price per acre, hectare, or square foot and see the total for the parcel you measured. - Perimeter for fencing, hedging, and paths, plus point-to-point distances on the map. - Every measurement is computed on the earth's ellipsoid, not on a flat map, so large parcels stay accurate. TOOLS FOR THE FIELD - Divide a parcel into equal areas, set a fixed area, or split along a line. - True-north compass with target bearing and a level for setting out. - Survey calculator for bearings, distances, traverses, and curves. - Unit converter for area, length, volume, and more. - Local field conditions with wind and precipitation before you head out. RECORDS YOU CAN SHARE - PDF field reports with a scaled drawing, coordinates, and a tamper-evident fingerprint. - Export to GeoJSON, KML for Google Earth, and CSV; import the same formats from other tools. - Attach photos as evidence to any point or shape. - Projects sync across your iPhone and iPad with iCloud. WHO USES TERRATRACE Buyers checking a lot before an offer, farmers planning fields, foresters and hunters mapping stands and tracks, builders and landscapers estimating jobs, and surveyors who need a quick field record.
