Meeting.ai is the AI note taker agent for every meeting: in person, on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. It records and transcribes the meeting, writes your meeting notes and minutes, and then does the follow-up work for you. AI NOTE TAKER FOR IN-PERSON AND ONLINE MEETINGS • Meeting recorder in your pocket: put your phone on the table and record. No bot needed. • The Meeting.ai bot joins Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, or auto-joins from your calendar. • Upload a voice recording, audio or video file (MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV and more) and transcribe it. • Transcription in 30+ languages with auto-detect. MEETING NOTES, MINUTES AND A VISUAL NOTE After every meeting you get: • A full transcript with speaker names (Voice Match) • AI meeting notes: summary, key points and decisions • Meeting minutes and action items with owners • A Visual Note: a one-page, hand-drawn-style infographic of the whole meeting. The main topic sits at the center; decisions, action items and owners branch out around it. One meeting, one picture, made for people who think in visuals. • Easy sharing by link or email AN AGENT THAT DOES THE FOLLOW-UP Ask in plain words and the agent finishes the task: • "Turn this meeting into a 10-slide deck" gives you an editable PowerPoint • "Write the minutes as a document" gives you a Word file or PDF • "Make a task tracker" gives you an Excel spreadsheet • "Draft the follow-up email to the client" • Research with sources, images and audio recaps Installable skills add new abilities over time. ASK YOUR MEETINGS Search and ask across past meetings: "What did we promise the client last month?" The agent knows who said what and what was decided.
