This is the core feature and the only way an app can block another app's network access without root. Important: • The VPN runs entirely on your device. It does NOT connect to any external or remote VPN server. • No traffic is routed off your device. Packets from frozen apps simply enter a local tunnel and are dropped. • Freezer does NOT read, log, collect, store, or transmit your network traffic, browsing, or any personal data. • Only apps you choose to freeze are affected. Everything else bypasses the VPN. • You grant the VPN permission via Android's standard dialog and can revoke it anytime in Android Settings.
