Analyse de l'application Intenty: use phone less pour le 13 octobre

Intenty - Mindful Phone Use Without App Blockers and Screen Time Limits The dumbphone alternative that actually works. Stop fighting your phone with screen time limits and app blockers. Start questioning why you reach for it. Intenty places thoughtful nudges between you and your screen, right at unlock, when autopilot kicks in. Just one thoughtful pause that makes mindless scrolling almost impossible. 🧠 How Nudges Work Nudges are awareness prompts that appear when you unlock your phone. Right when you unlock, a question appears on your screen. You engage with it. Then you proceed. That's the entire mechanism. Yet this tiny interruption does what app blockers can't: it catches you in the exact moment habit takes over, turning automatic reflex into conscious choice. One question. Couple of seconds. Changes everything. 🎯 8 Research-Backed Nudge Types Intentional - Name your purpose before proceeding Essential - "Is this necessary right now?" (Yes/No) Readiness - “Pre-flight” mental checklist Digital Detox - Gentle reminder during screen-free time Back to Reality - Mid-session check-in after 5 minutes of use Focus Gate - Protects deep work from interruptions Slow Down - Mandatory 10-second breathing pause Opportunity Cost - Makes the tradeoff visible Plus unlimited custom nudges with your own prompts. ⚙️ Complete Control Over Your Experience Schedule nudges around your routine. Adjust how frequently they appear. Control timing and pacing. Set up personal reflections that resurface when you need them. Enable hard mode when you want commitment. Fine-tune every aspect until the friction feels natural, not annoying. 🎨 Minimalist by Design Full-screen awareness prompts. Clean interface. Zero gamification, no screen time anxiety. Maximum impact. Zero cognitive overhead. 🔒 100% Local & Private All nudges and data stay on your device. No cloud sync, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts. Your phone usage patterns never leave your device. Export data anytime. 💡 Why Awareness Beats Blocking App blockers create resistance. Nudges create consciousness. Phone addiction stems from unconscious checking, not conscious decisions. Digital minimalism isn't about using your phone less by force; it's about using it intentionally. Intenty doesn't restrict access. It makes automatic behavior visible. Perfect for: ✓ Reduced phone checking without restrictive app blockers ✓ Dumbphone simplicity with smartphone functionality ✓ Breaking doomscrolling habits sustainably ✓ Phone detox that doesn't feel like punishment ✓ Digital wellness through gentle intervention ✓ Natural screen time reduction without arbitrary limits ✓ Overcoming phone addiction through awareness ✓ Digital wellbeing and focus without restriction 🔬 Rooted in Behavioral Science Built on proven principles: metacognitive awareness, intentional friction, and choice architecture. Each nudge prompt engages your prefrontal cortex before habit loops execute. Small moments of reflection compound into lasting behavior change. 🔐 Note on Intenty permissions usage: Intenty might use quite permissive Android capabilities such as Display over other apps, Battery optimization disablement, or Accessibility service. All permissions are used exclusively for features to work locally on your device. Accessibility service is used exclusively to let you quickly turn off your phone's screen with a Lock button. The service is optional, disabled by default, and does not collect nor share any data.
