Analyse de l'application StayOff: Screen Time & Focus pour le 14 octobre

It is incredibly easy to lose track of time on your phone. A quick check can turn into 20 minutes of endless scrolling before you even realize it. StayOff is a screen time tracker and distraction blocker designed to help you build healthier digital habits, stay focused, and take back your time. Your attention is valuable, and there is so much to discover in the real world. You do not need to uninstall your favorite apps or buy a dumbphone. StayOff combines screen time control, daily app limits, session blocking, pre-open pauses, focus schedules, and a live app usage tracker into one complete digital wellbeing system. Screen Time Tracking & Insights Monitor your daily phone usage and identify your most used apps. Understanding where your time goes is the first step to taking back control. Smart Limits & Session Blocking Set daily time limits for any number of apps. If you don't know where to start, our Smart Limit feature analyzes your usage and suggests an achievable goal. • Early Warnings: Get a gentle reminder when you reach 80% of your daily limit. • Continuous Session Blocks: Create rules to block an app after a specific amount of continuous use (like 10 minutes) to break long, automatic doomscrolling sessions. Open Pause: Make the Choice First Instead of just blocking an app after you use it, Open Pause gives you a moment to think before it even opens. When you tap a distracting app, you are greeted by a brief pause screen. Even a short pause can be enough to break the automatic reflex of opening an app and help you reconsider if you really want to scroll. You can take a guided breathing break, discover interesting websites (like positive news), or even view your personal to-do list right on the block screen. Live Usage Timer StayOff keeps your current app time visible so you catch long sessions before they get out of hand. This floating timer stays on your screen, showing your active usage time in real time. It is fully customizable—you can change the color, size, appearance, and choose exactly which apps it tracks. Flexible Bedtime & Wind-Down Everyone's sleep schedule is different. When you are in bed and want to watch just one last video, start a 15-minute wind-down countdown. When the time is up, your apps are blocked for the night. This is perfect for flexible schedules, though you can still set a strict fixed-time block if you prefer. Work & Study Schedules Block distracting apps during specific windows, like from 8 AM until your lunch break. Use StayOff as a focus mode and study timer for exam prep or deep work. Get your work done in the morning, and enjoy your apps guilt-free when you are off the clock. The 1-Day Detox Try going one day a week without your most distracting app and see how it affects your focus, mood, and free time. You don't have to give it up forever—just try it for one day and see how it changes your routine. AccessibilityService API Disclosure: StayOff uses the AccessibilityService API to detect when selected apps are opened. This allows the app to display screen time limits, app block screens, focus schedules, and Open Pause screens. This permission is used strictly locally on your device. StayOff does not use the AccessibilityService to collect, store, or share any personal data.
