Sleep and heart rate come straight from Health Connect on the device, read-only, and nothing gets written back. Two things leave the phone. The AI Coach sends only what it needs to answer, and only when you ask; those chats aren't stored and never train a model. The free version also shows banner ads, and the odd full-screen one, through Google AdMob, which collects the usual advertising identifiers.
