Analyse de l'application BringMeBack Block Apps & Sites pour le 13 octobre

Stop scrolling. Start living. How many times have you opened Instagram, YouTube, or a shopping app… without even thinking? Just for a minute. Just one more reel. Just a quick check. And suddenly… time is gone. **Bring Me Back** is not another blocker. It doesn’t control you. It brings you back to yourself. --- ### 🧠 Break the Scroll Loop Every time you try to open a distracting app, Bring Me Back steps in with a gentle interruption — a moment to pause, breathe, and decide consciously. Because most of the time… you’re not choosing. You’re just reacting. --- ### ✋ Smart Interventions (Not Restrictions) Instead of blocking apps completely, you get **meaningful interruptions**: • Guided breathing patterns (like 4-7-8) • Your own recorded messages (future you talking to present you) • Simple, powerful reality-check prompts • A moment to pause before you continue No force. No guilt. Just awareness. --- ### 🔍 See Your Patterns Clearly Understand your behavior like never before: • How many times you tried to open apps • When you are most vulnerable (late night, work breaks, etc.) • Your daily “urge patterns” This isn’t about judging yourself. It’s about seeing clearly — so you can change. --- ### ⚖️ You Stay in Control After every interruption, you choose: → Continue scrolling → Or step away That small moment of awareness? That’s where change begins. --- ### 🌱 Why It Works Because real change doesn’t come from restriction. It comes from **awareness + choice**. Bring Me Back helps you: • Reduce mindless scrolling • Feel more present in real life • Reclaim your time and attention • Break unconscious habits gently --- ### 🌍 Life Is Outside Your best moments aren’t on a screen. They’re happening around you — right now. Sometimes… you just need someone to Bring you back. --- **Accessibility Service Usage** BringMeBack uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when you open apps you've chosen to limit (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). When a selected app is opened, BringMeBack presents a brief mindfulness exercise — such as breathing, grounding, or gratitude — to help you pause and make an intentional choice before continuing. How it works: - You choose which apps to monitor in the app settings - The Accessibility Service detects when a monitored app opens - A mindfulness pause is shown before you can continue to the app - Scroll activity in monitored apps is tracked to provide usage insights The Accessibility Service is used solely for app detection and does not read, collect, or transmit any personal data, passwords, messages, or on-screen content. You must explicitly enable the service in your device's Accessibility Settings, and you can disable it at any time. **Bring Me Back** Curb Phone Screen Addiction. Take a beat. Take control. CONTENT & WEBSITE BLOCKING (VpnService) Blocking websites and adult content is a core feature of this app. It uses Android's VpnService to filter DNS lookups on your device only. There is no remote VPN server: no traffic, URLs, or browsing history ever leaves your phone. You can turn it off at any time.
