Whether it’s Reels, Shorts, or doom-scrolling, ScrollGuard helps you regain your focus, reduce screen time, and improve your digital wellbeing so you can spend more time on what truly matters. Why ScrollGuard? 🤔 Short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, and infinite feeds are designed to keep you hooked, leading to increased screen time, distractions, and lost productivity. Most app blockers cut you off from entire apps, making it hard to stay connected while avoiding the real problem: doom-scrolling. All settings are fully customizable per app. - Strict Mode with Accountability: Protect your settings with a password. Share the password with an accountability partner to help you stay committed to your time management goals. - Custom Break Messages: Personalize the popup with your own motivational reminders for extra encouragement. - Pause, With Limits: Easily pause protection for planned exceptions, with safeguards to prevent endless pausing. - Usage Statistics: You can only improve what you can measure.
