Analyse de l'application SugarReset: Sugar Tracker pour le 1 octobre

Most sugar apps ask you to quit completely, then make you feel guilty for one bad day. SugarReset is gentler. You track the grams you actually eat, aim a little lower each week, and watch the sugar you skip pile up as cubes you can see. No strict rules. No account. No ads. Just a clear picture of how much sugar you eat, and an easy way to eat less. What keeps people logging: Count grams, not "clean days." Log a soda, a cookie, or any amount in two taps, and see where you stand for the day. Scan a barcode to fill in the sugar for packaged foods. (This needs internet; scanned items are saved to use offline later.) Keep a streak going. Every day under your goal counts, and we remind you before your streak is about to end. Join a challenge. Try a 7, 14, 21, or 30 day reset, or a plan that lowers your goal a little each week. Watch the cubes add up. Every gram you skip becomes a sugar cube saved, so small daily choices turn into something you can see over time. See your patterns. A calendar shows the days you stayed under your goal and the days you went over, and the stats tab shows your weekly average, your trend, and what makes you crave sugar. Earn achievements. Unlock 20 for free, or all 54 (including secret ones) with Premium. Private by default: Your logs stay on your phone, not on our servers. No sign-up, no email, no ads, no tracking. Export or delete everything anytime. (Barcode and food search look up products in the Open Food Facts database, so that one feature uses the internet.) What's free and what's Premium: Free is not a trial. You get unlimited logging, quick presets, one active challenge, recent stats, this month's calendar, and 20 achievements, free forever. Premium is a one-time $3.99. No subscription, ever. It unlocks unlimited challenges, all-time stats and full calendar history, all 54 achievements, craving patterns, a weekly sugar budget, a "what if" look at your yearly savings, and full backup with CSV export. Log your next drink or snack, set a goal you can reach, and let your streak grow from there.
