Analyse de l'application Amethyst pour le 21 octobre

Amethyst brings the best decentralized social network to your Android phone. Just insert your Nostr private key and start posting. Nostr is the most decentralized social network on the internet. Instead of a single website or server, it’s a network of thousands of users posting to each other's relay servers, all of which can interact seamlessly. Amethyst ships with many features, but we highlight My Fitness, which uses Google's Health Connect to keep track of your fitness goals and share your workouts with your friends. My Fitness is a personal training dashboard. It builds a log of the user's own workouts — from the workouts their watch or fitness app has saved to Health Connect — and turns it into a picture of how that person is training: how much they did this week and whether that is up or down from last week, how their time splits across running, cycling, walking, swimming, and the gym, their best efforts, how many days they trained, and their current streak of consecutive active days. All of that information stays local in the app. Users can decide to share a summary of individual accomplishments to their network on Nostr. In that case, only non-identifiable, aggregated data is used, and users review what the post will include and what it will look like before posting. The app also ships encrypted messages in 8 different protocols, and an internal browser to see the nsites that your friends create. The app also allows you to create picture and shorts feeds as well as listen to podcasts, music, chat in live streams, and participate in live audio spaces with Nests.
