Analyse de l'application Intake: Calorie Counter pour le 10 octobre

Pay once. Track forever. Intake is a calorie counter you buy one time. No ads, no account, no monthly fee for the app itself. Open it, log your food, get on with your day. Most calorie counter apps are free until they aren't: a paywall on the third screen, a subscription to see your own history, ads between meals. Intake takes the opposite deal. One purchase, every feature below included. WHAT YOU GET • Fast calorie logging, a couple of taps per food • Daily overview with target, eaten, burned and remaining • Meal tracking for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks • Macro tracker for protein, carbs and fat, plus sugar, saturated fat, fiber and salt • Barcode scanner for packaged food • Food database powered by Open Food Facts, over 3 million products • Your own foods and recipes, with per-portion nutrition calculated for you • Water tracker • Weight tracker with trend over time • Intermittent fasting timer with scheduled or manual eating windows and reminders • Home screen widgets for today's calories • Weekly, monthly and yearly statistics for calories and macros • PDF reports you can export and share with a coach or doctor • Dark mode, 15 accent colors and alternative app icons WORKS WITH HEALTH CONNECT Intake can optionally read from Health Connect so your calorie budget reflects what you actually did today: • Active calories burned • Total calories burned, as a fallback for wearables that only report totals • Exercise sessions, type and duration • Steps and walking or running distance • Height and weight You decide whether all activity counts toward your target or workouts only, and how much of it to add. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Intake works offline and keeps your food diary on your device. There is no account to create and no server holding your data. Backup to your own Google Drive is optional and encrypted with a passphrase only you know. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers. BUILT FOR ONE JOB Tell Intake whether you want to lose, maintain or gain weight and it works out your daily calorie target from your age, height, weight and activity level. Adjust it whenever you like. There are no streaks to protect, no badges, no coach telling you what to eat and no social feed. It is a food diary and macro tracker that counts calories and then gets out of the way. OPTIONAL: INTAKE AI Logging a meal from a photo or from a sentence of text is part of Intake AI, a separate optional subscription. Every feature listed above is included in the purchase price and works without it. You can also bring your own API key instead of subscribing. Intake. Track it. Done.
