Analyse de l'application My Halal Scanner pour le 1 octobre

Is it halal? My Halal Scanner reads the ingredients on any packaged food and tells you in seconds — right there in the shop. Every additive, every E-number, every hard-to-pronounce ingredient on the label is checked against a detailed halal and haram database. You get a clear verdict — HALAL, HARAM, DOUBTFUL or UNKNOWN — with the exact ingredients behind it highlighted, so you always see why. ★ SCAN THE INGREDIENTS LIST (NEW) Read the printed ingredients list straight off the pack — no barcode needed, and it works even with no internet connection. • Point your camera at the list and let it read • Drag to crop to just the ingredients, so nothing else gets in the way • Check and fix what the camera read before you analyse — you stay in control • Re-scan in a tap if the light or the angle wasn't right • Handles tiny print, curved packs and glossy labels • Reads labels in the Latin alphabet (A, B, C…), in many languages It deciphers the list for you: long chemical names, unfamiliar additives, code numbers — all matched, explained and turned into a verdict. ★ SCAN THE BARCODE Got a barcode? Scan it for an instant check — the product's ingredients are pulled up and analysed the same way. ★ OR TYPE THE LIST IN No clear label to scan? Type or paste an ingredients list yourself and get the same analysis. WHAT YOU GET • A clear HALAL / HARAM / DOUBTFUL / UNKNOWN verdict • The exact problem ingredients or additives highlighted, with the reason • Tap any ingredient to learn about it — pork, alcohol, gelatine, rennet, carmine, glycerine, E-numbers and more • Set your own rules in Settings: how to treat alcohol, non-halal meat, doubtful additives, insect-derived colours and more • A history of everything you've scanned • Product search by name with a halal filter 12 LANGUAGES + DARK MODE English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Persian and Chinese. HOW THE VERDICT WORKS HALAL and HARAM mean a clear keyword match. DOUBTFUL means an ingredient's origin is unclear, such as gelatine or mono- and diglycerides of unspecified source. UNKNOWN means there isn't enough ingredient information. When in doubt, always check the packaging and the official halal certification — this app is a tool to help you, not a religious ruling. Product data comes from OpenFoodFacts, a free and open food database you can also add to from inside the app. This free version shows ads and asks for privacy (GDPR) consent where the law requires it.
