GeoPT displays weather information for Portugal using data from IPMA (Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera), the UK Met Office, and EUMETSAT. Each city shows maximum and minimum temperature, precipitation probability, wind direction, and wind strength. Covers mainland Portugal, Madeira, and the Azores. — Weather warnings for every Portuguese district, with severity colours on the map. Optional notifications alert you when IPMA issues a warning for the district you're currently in — configurable by severity (Yellow, Orange, or Red), working even when the app is closed. — Radar imagery for the last 24 hours, with timeline scrubbing and play/pause. — Satellite imagery (visible and infrared) covering a rolling 24-hour window. Pinch to zoom. — Surface analysis from the UK Met Office, animated through six forecast lead times: now, +12h, +24h, +36h, +48h, +72h. Pinch to zoom into pressure systems and fronts. — Home-screen widgets showing today's forecast for Lisboa and the latest satellite image.
