TrueAlly: Quit Porn Addiction のアプリ分析 11月1日

Quit porn for good, one day at a time. TrueAlly is a recovery companion for porn addiction: a 42-day plan matched to you, real help in the minute an urge hits, and a Guard for the hours you're most at risk. Whether you're on a nofap streak, starting your first 90-day reboot, coming back after a relapse, or you just want to stop watching porn and quit late-night scrolling, TrueAlly gives you one small thing to do every day, and one thing to do right now when the urge shows up. Your 42-day plan Answer a short quiz and get a plan in six chapters: Commit & Clear the Ground, Know Your Loop, Handle the Wave, Fill the Gap, Change the Story, and Protect & Prove. Each day takes a few minutes: a short lesson, one mission and a check-in. Every morning an AI coach follows up on the commitment you made the day before. When an urge hits Tap Strong urge and say what's happening: bored and alone, can't stop picturing it, talking yourself into it. You get one next step right away. Ride the urge out with urge surfing, burn it off with a 60-second burst, or read the answer you wrote for this exact moment. Your Guard On Day 3 you set up your Guard. Pick the apps that pull you in, like your browser or social media, and the hours you're most at risk. TrueAlly puts a pause in front of them with your own reason to stop and a one-minute breathing pause. Then you choose: turn back, or open that one app for 15 minutes. A porn blocker is easy to get around; your Guard gives you a moment to choose. How your Guard uses the Accessibility service On Android, your Guard uses the AccessibilityService API (Android's Accessibility service) for one thing: noticing when an app you picked opens during your guard hours, so TrueAlly can show the pause. TrueAlly explains this and asks before you turn it on. The service stays off until you switch on TrueAlly Guard in your phone's Accessibility settings, and you can switch it off there any time. It never reads your screen or what you type, never taps or changes settings for you, and no data is collected or shared through it. The apps you pick stay on your phone. Self-contracts that grow Sign a 3-day self-contract. Keep it and the next one is longer: 7, 14, 30, 60, then 90 days. Every November, join the NNN (No Nut November) challenge with a self-contract that runs to November 30 and a community doing it with you. Streak tracker and stats Track your streak and the plan days you've completed, see your calendar, and learn which triggers, moods and times of day lead to setbacks. Patterns you can see are patterns you can change. You're not alone Name the people in your corner, the ones you could text tonight. Share wins and hard days in a community that understands lust, urges and relapse without shame. If you relapse A relapse doesn't erase your progress. Your plan day never resets: Recovery Mode walks you back in a few short steps, and your comeback count shows every time you got back up. Also inside Guided breathing and meditations, a triggers journal, lessons on urges, habits and self-control, and an optional faith-inclusive track. TrueAlly requires a subscription.
