GENERAL INFORMATION AND BOOKING CONDITIONSBOOKING OPTIONS AND PROCEDURES1. a) After the reservation is made a 25% deposit must be paid by the client.b) Upon receiving the deposit Altman Villa Rentals shall confirm the booking and forward its receipt and an invoice showing the balance outstanding on the rental to the client.c) Payment of the balance on the rental must be received 60 days prior to the client’s arrival if the booking is made during the Winter Season or 30 days prior to his arrival if the booking is made during the Summer Season. d) Upon receiving the final payment for the booking Altman Villa Rentals shall forward to the client its receipt confirming payment. 2. In the event that the deposit is not made into its office by the designated date, Altman Villa Rentals reserves the right to release or cancel the said reservation. 3. Where a reservation is made less than a month from the date of the intended stay in the villa, full and final payment must be received into the office of Altman Villa Rentals prior to the arrival of the guests. 4. During the Christmas period a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is thereafter due 60 days prior to the arrival of the guests and is also non-refundable. CANCELATION POLICY 5.
