The parking lot features automatic light indicators, and the shopping center includes parks with outdoor terraces. It was inaugurated in November 2011, and its expansion began in December 2014. It is accessed via Vialidad de la Barranca Avenue and is located in the midst of a residential area and services such as the Ángeles de Interlomas Hospital. One million people circulate through there monthly, and the numbers continue to grow. In 2015, the number of tenants in this property was approximately 212, and the occupancy rate was 97.3%. As a result of its success, we are carrying out the expansion of Paseo Interlomas.
