String Note Tutor is a complete practice toolkit for beginner Violin, Viola, Cello, and Double Bass students, and a helpful companion for parents and teachers. Practice note recognition with flashcards, explore the instrument, experiment with the interactive fingerboard for your instrument, learn how notes relate to the piano keyboard, and build rhythms with the rhythm builder. String Note Tutor also features flashcards that listen to your playing, with tuning support, so you can answer each flashcard by playing your instrument (for violin, viola, and cello). For daily practice, String Note Tutor also includes a tuner designed especially for young learners (and their parents), along with a built-in metronome to help you stay in tune and on time. Best of all, everything is included in one app: no ads, no data collection, and no subscriptions. It was developed by Lachlan Dent, who holds PhD (Music Performance), Master of Music (Performance), and Master of Teaching degrees, in collaboration with other professional string teachers and performers. String Note Tutor is made by strings teachers for students, teachers, and parents. It features: Gradual Note Introduction: Start with the basics and gradually progress through first-position notes, fingerings, and string identification, making it easy for beginners to follow. High-quality Note Recordings: Listen to clear, precise recordings of each note to develop a strong auditory reference. Instant, Detailed Feedback: Receive immediate feedback that highlights which parts of your answer were correct or need improvement, so you can learn more effectively. Adaptive Learning Levels: Mastery-based Progression: Advance through levels by achieving a set number of consecutive correct answers, ensuring you master each step before moving on. Targeted Revision: Flashcards answered incorrectly are reintroduced more frequently during revision sessions, reinforcing areas where you need extra practice. Fun Sound Effects: Engage with playful sound effects when errors occur, making practice sessions enjoyable. No Hidden Costs or Data Collection:
