Beats Fitness is an exercise experience that combines motivating audio coaching, expert trainers, and mixes by DJ’s to guide you through challenging workouts. This app includes workouts for strength training, cardio and stretching. Choose from hundreds Cardio workouts for the treadmill, outdoor running, the elliptical, walking, and indoor cycling. For strength training, workout at home or train at the gym using basic equipment. Each workout uses some of the hottest and most motivating music, mixed by some of the world’s top DJ’s --- so as the workout gets more intense, so does the music. It’s like Spotify and a personal trainer combined! Although most workouts never require you to look at your phone, we do provide optional visuals to make sure you are doing each drill with correct technique.
