Sailors who achieve a minimum passing score can submit course completion information and have it posted in their Electronic Training Jacket (ETJ) in two to four business days. While most NRTCs focus on Sailors taking advancement exams, non-rating-specific training manuals are ideal for Sailors preparing to move into specialty positions such as Navy Instructor, Educational Services Officer, or Enlisted Aide.
