Charge Amps is part of the (r)EVolution contributing to the green transition from a fossil energy world to a net-zero emissions future by creating the most user-friendly, intelligent, and aesthetic charging solutions. The goal of the Charge Amps app is to let you benefit from sustainable technologies and make the most of your electric vehicle (EV) charging experience with Charge Amps. Please note: To see a charger in the app, you need to be the registered owner of the charger. When adding a charger to your account, the serial number and PIN are required. You can find the PIN in the documentation that came with your charger. HOME Shows you the status and brings you quick access to the most used functions of your chargers: • Activate or turn off charger • Easily override scheduled charging in times of need • Enable or disable RFID lock • Adjust the LED brightness • Turn on or off LED downlight (Charge Amps Halo) • Limit charging current, useful if you don’t have load balancing (Charge Amps Halo) • Lock or unlock charging cable (Charge Amps Aura and Charge Amps Dawn) GREEN CHARGING Do you have solar panels? Set up Green Charging to charge your EV using only self-generated green energy. At the time of your choice, charge as fast as possible with energy both from the grid and solar panels. • Schedule ‘Green energy only’ and ‘Maximum charging’ SCHEDULE • Schedule charging to times when it suits you • Allows separate scheduling for charger and socket-outlet (Charge Amps Halo), and for left and right charge point (Charge Amps Aura) • For Charge Amps’ Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) compliant chargers (updated to latest firmware version), create schedule session(s) on specific days and times, and choose preferable current (Ampere) to charge on each session (load balancing may affect this setting). This feature is gradually introduced to all Charge Amps chargers throughout the upcoming months. STATISTICS • View the total consumption per day and in total over the course of a week or a month. Click on a specific bar to see the consumption for the specific day. SETTINGS • Add additional chargers • Change app language • View your user details • Turn on/off dark mode • View device details KNOWN LIMITATIONS Please note that the communication between the app and charger might take up to 30 seconds. Users within an organization which are assigned to one specific side/outlet of Charge Amps Aura are not able to use the app.
