Key features and benefits: • Healthy plant based recipes – The catalog of recipes is currently over 600 but is constantly expanding with new recipes every week to keep you inspired with new meals. • Meal planner – Plan your week in the meal planner tool to reduce stress during the week. Meal planning also increased the likelihood to eat healthy or stick to a diet. • Meal plans – If you don't know where to start, try one of the pre made meal pans. These meal plans often come with an optional meal prep to make it less stressful during the week. • Shopping list – Generate a shopping list from your meal plan or a single recipe • Measurement system – Choose between Imperial system (lb/oz/cup) and Metric system (ml/grams).
