Handsome Factory Barbershop values their employees’ well-being and has linked with Pure Fitness to help on improving their dietary habits to drive healthier lifestyles. After the Movember movement, Ming and Anson were inspired to joining Pure as participants in this transformation program to better their health and well being. Each employee was assigned different challenges, with Ming challenged to compete in a 10k marathon while Anson was motivated to complete a comprehensive boxing regimen.   Before the program started, Anson had almost zero experience. Pure noticed earlier one of Anson’s irregular dietary habits. His busy working schedule and lack of knowledge of nutritional foods also contributed to his lifestyle. Pure started the scheme by increasing his daily intake to increase his energy while simultaneously educating him about food choices that are suitable. In less than two weeks, they noticed a significant improvement in his fitness performance.  Ming’s objective was the opposite. The mission was to lower his body fat to 13-14%. He had irregular sleeping patterns and dietary habits, including skipping meals during the night. Throughout the program, Pure's nutritionist had set out a diet plan to reinforce regular food intake with suggestions for healthier dine-out alternatives. Pairing the program with personal trainer sessions allowed Ming to feel energised.     They both have made progress and built a healthy and active lifestyle in only one month's time.   Curious about how they performed?
