You can also search for a word or phrase and browse the Mudras related to the phrase. Gallery - shows all Mudras images organized by group families. You can select Mudras associated with specific Chakras, Elements and Systems. Practicing Now - you can place here the Mudras you are practicing for quick access and easy control of your regular practice.
