This is the impressive OG-9 high explosive fragmentation grenade, which when fired, is propelled by the detachable OG-15P propellant charge, fitted to it's base, as shown. Fired from the 73mm 2A28 'Grom' smoothbore gun, this projectile has a maximum range of 4.5km. The 2A28 Grom was a progression from the SPG-9 gun, and fired the same projectiles except with smaller rocket charges. The OG-9 superseded the PG-9 in the mid 1970's. This example is a training projectile, marked ' 'учебный ' on the head and body, meaning 'training' in Russian, and dated 1982. In excellent condition, it can be dissembled as shown, and comes with it's plastic shipping bag, measuring a total of 83cm in length. This is a genuine piece of history, the famous silver 2 Reichsmark Coin, minted, issued and used during the Third Reich. The coin features a silver content of .625  (62.5% pure silver) and measures 25mm in diameter, with a weight of 8 grams. These coins began their life after the election of the Nazi Party to Federal Office in Germany in 1933, along with the 2 Reichsmark silver coin (see my other nazi coins) and continued to be used in Germany and the Occupied Territories right up to and including 1945, the final year of the 1000 year Reich. The coin features: * Issue date * German Eagle & swastika * Head of the famous German President and former Field Marshall, Paul Von Hindenburg. * German language stamped rim "Gemeinnutz geht vor eigennutz"(Public interest goes before self interest). Paul Von Hindenburg was Germany’s greatest hero of World War I. He was elected president of Germany in 1925. The ageing Hindenburg died in 1934 and was honoured on these Nazi coins, minted between the years 1936 and 1939. These are not copies, replicas, or reproductions.
