76%وضعت وزارة الصناعة والتجارة خطة لإنعاش التجارة تهدف إلى تحديث وهيكلة هذا القطاع مع ضمان خلق فرص العمل والقيمة المضافة. تعد الرقمنة أحد المحاور الأساسية لهذه الخطة كأداة ووسيلة لهيكلة التحول في قطاع التجارة، لا سيما مع ظهور التجارة الإلكترونية وأنماط الاستهلاك الجديدة. يشهد نظام تجارة التجزئة الرقمية تطورًا مستمرًا، مع ظهور تقنيات جديدة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات الضخمة و البلوكشين» blockchain « . وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية، أنشأت الوزارة المنصة الوطنية لرقمنة التجارة (MRTB : Moroccan Retail Tech Builder) بشراكة مع جامعة محمد السادس متعددة التخصصات التقنية ومؤسسة OCP لدعم الشركات الناشئة التي تقدم حلولا مبتكرة في مجال التجارة. سيتم توفير هذه الحلول الرقمية التي سيرافقها MRTB للمستهلكين والفاعلين في القطاع لتعزيز نظام تجارة التجزئة التقنية في المغرب. وفي هذا السياق، أطلقت المنصة برنامج «START» الذي يواكب اليوم 23 شركة مغربية ناشئة تقدم حلولًا تكنولوجية مبتكرة في قطاع التجارة والتوزيع. كما تم إطلاق برنامج» SCALE «لتسريع الشركات الناشئة بالشراكة مع الفاعل الدولي Plug&Play ، والذي يتم من خلاله مواكبة 6 شركات مغربية ناشئة لتسريع نموها على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي. أيضًا، تقوم الوزارة، بالشراكة مع شركات التجارة الإلكترونية الرائدة في المغرب (جوميا، غلوفو، أفيتو) وغرف التجارة والصناعة والخدمات، بمواكبة التجار في عملية التحول الرقمي من خلال: تدريب التجار على اكتساب المهارات الرقمية اللازمة بالشراكة مع غرف التجارة والصناعة والخدمات CCIS. دمج التجار في منصات التجارة الإلكترونية لتطوير أنشطتهم وتحسين قدرتهم التنافسية. كما تساهم الوزارة في الجهود المبذولة لاعتماد الدفع عبر الهاتف المحمول كجزء من الاستراتيجية الوطنية للشمول المالي، نظرا لأهميتها وتأثيرها الإيجابي على منظومة تكنولوجيا التجزئة: شراكة : MIC – FRMF – FCMCIS تهدف إلى تدريب التجار على استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية بالشراكة مع غرف التجارة والصناعة والخدمات. شراكة MIC – BAM – GP2M – APEP: تنظيم دورات توعوية لصالح الفاعلين في قطاع التجارة والتوزيع حول أهمية وفوائد الدفع عبر الهاتف المحمول. المنصة الوطنية لرقمنة التجارة (MRTB) تم إطلاق "Moroccan Retail Tech Builder" بشراكة بين وزارة الصناعة والتجارة وجامعة محمد السادس
