If nobody checks in, Dash removes the room from the meeting, making it available to others. The organizer and attendees' calendars are untouched, so an online meeting can continue. Dash can also permanently remove the room from recurring series if check-ins are missed several times in a row. MANAGE YOUR DISPLAYS CENTRALLY Whether you have two meeting rooms or two hundred, you can deploy and centrally configure Dash on all of your display devices using our Dash Enterprise web management dashboard or your MDM system of choice (such as Intune or Jamf).
