«NutriCheck» is like having a nutritionist in your pocket. What's actually in the food you eat today? Tap, and you'll know. Vitamins, minerals, protein and fat — everything that matters, lookup-ready in seconds. Whether you want to keep an eye on your magnesium or iron levels, focus on specific nutrients, or you're simply curious about what's really on your plate: here's the answer. ≡ KNOW WHAT YOU EAT ≡ Tap on a food, and «NutriCheck» shows you everything that matters — at a glance. Adjust the portion smoothly, no mental math. Save your usual quantities, and your next snack is even quicker to log. With the built-in filter, you find exactly what your day calls for: high in protein, high in magnesium, low in salt — you sort, the app finds. ≡ UNDERSTAND YOUR MEALS ≡ Instead of counting each ingredient separately: combine several foods — and you have the nutrition profile of your whole meal. Breakfast, lunch, your next recipe — you see what's really in it. Missing a product? Add it yourself. ≡ MADE FOR YOU ≡ «NutriCheck» runs offline, on iPhone and iPad. Useful at the office, at the gym, and anywhere you want to keep an eye on specific vitamins or minerals. ≡ INCLUDES ≡ - Nutrition values: calories, fats, carbs, protein, salt, vitamins (A, B-complex, C, D, E, …), minerals (magnesium, iron, calcium, zinc, …) - Energy breakdown as a pie chart - Sorting and filters by every single nutrient - Meal builder with daily intake assessment - Custom foods and portion sizes - Includes data from Austria and Switzerland - Fully VoiceOver-compatible
