Featured by Apple as App of the Day. Milk Diary is the goal-first feeding tracker for bottle feeding, nursing and pumping. Built by a mom and guided by a lactation consultant, Milk Diary helps you set feeding goals, track what matters, and see how every session moves you closer. Milk Diary starts by asking what you're working toward, whether that's increasing your milk supply, building a freezer stash, combo feeding, exclusive pumping, introducing formula or weaning. Then you only track the data relevant to your journey and the app shows you how it adds up toward your own goals. No ads and no emails required. GOALS THAT FIT YOUR JOURNEY Pick a goal and Milk Diary suggests daily targets to match with a clear explanation of why each one matters. Daily progress, streaks, and weekly insights show how far you've come and recent trends. Adjust your goals anytime as your journey changes. TRACK WHAT MATTERS, SKIP WHAT DOESN'T Track only what's relevant to your journey, whether that's pumping, bottles, nursing, or diapers, and customize what you see in the app. MORE THAN NUMBERS Ounces and minutes only tell part of the story. Note how a latch felt and if you had any pain while nursing. Record which pump you used and its settings. Track the bottle and nipple flow you used, and any latch trouble during a bottle feed. Over time you'll see what's working, with real details to share with your lactation consultant. MILK STORAGE Track fridge and freezer milk with automatic expiration dates so nothing goes to waste. The Freezer Timeline estimates how many days your stash will last, so you know before you run low. FEEDING SCHEDULES Build a feeding or pumping schedule that fits your day, or describe it in plain words and let Milk Diary create it. Choose alarms or notifications. DIAPERS Log a wet and dirty diaper in one entry. Need to show your pediatrician something? Snap a photo of the diaper inside Milk Diary. It's stored privately in the app, never in your camera roll. FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Invite partners, grandparents, and caregivers to track together, each from their own phone. No shared logins. Everyone sees the same feeds in real time via iCloud.
