Draw a line. Hear it play. Cue is a drawing instrument. A playhead sweeps across the paper on a loop, and every line it crosses sounds a note. High on the page is high in pitch, left to right is time. That's the whole idea — your drawing is the score. No notation, no piano roll, nothing to learn before you start. Strokes overprint where they cross, the way two risograph passes would. Recolour any ink and reorder the strip to suit the way you work. TURN A PHOTO INTO A SONG Point Cue at a photo, tap the thing in it you want to hear, and its outline becomes the melody. Cue builds an arrangement around that line on device — bass, harmony, pulse and drums — then hands it back as ordinary strokes you can erase, recolour and redraw.
