10月4日 的 Wine Meister: Measure & Manage 應用程式分析

Wine Meister turns every measurement into a clear, repeatable winemaking workflow — for wine, cider, mead, and sake. Track must and ABV through fermentation, compare vintages, and hit your target. Connect your EasyDens density meter, SmartRef refractometer, or pH2Go pH meter and capture exact results in seconds — or add readings by hand. No device yet? You can still log, organize, and export measurements, then connect one whenever you're ready. WIRELESS FERMENTATION TRACKING Pair Tilt Hydrometer, RAPT Pill, or iSpindel for hands-free monitoring: - Live gravity and temperature curves inside every batch - Alerts for fermentation start, temperature drift, or target reached - Wireless data and manual readings in one timeline RESULTS WITH CONTEXT Pick what you're making and Wine Meister sets the right range, then tells you what your reading means: - Tag the moment — "Harvest", "Fermentation", "Bottling" — for guidance that matches the task - See what's normal at a glance: harvest around 18–26 °Brix, fermentation pH 3.0–3.4, bottling pH 3.0–3.7 for stability SKIP THE MATH - Automatic temperature compensation (ATC) in the background - Residual sugar from density and total acidity, plus Brix-Acid correction - Specific gravity at your preferred reference (20/20, 15/15, 20/4) - Quick, Continuous, or Precise measurement modes - Concentration values are already temperature-corrected — no correction tables needed. MEASUREMENT UNITS Babo (°Babo), Baumé (°Bé), Brix (°Bx), Density (g/cm³), Klosterneuburger Mostwaage (°KMW), Nihonshu-do (SMV), Oechsle (°Oe), Specific Gravity 20/20 · 20/04 · 15/15, Sugar Concentration (g/L), pH (with pH2Go), and Temperature in °C or °F. A DATA HISTORY YOU OWN - Organize readings into custom batches with notes and timestamps - Map batches to vineyard parcels with GPS - Keep a batch journal, per-reading notes, and project notes - Find anything instantly with full-text search - Export to PDF for clean reports or CSV for spreadsheets ONE ACCOUNT, EVERY DEVICE A free Meister Cloud account syncs your batches across Android phone, Android tablet, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple Silicon Mac, Apple Vision Pro, and the web. Without an account, your data stays local on your device. For density and concentration you need an EasyDens; for refractive index, a SmartRef; for pH, a pH2Go — all by Anton Paar.
