Download the ADF Family Health mobile app to access your account, view your details or submit claims on the go. With the ADF Family Health mobile app, you can: • Make a claim – simply snap a photo of your receipt and submit! • Track your claims • Check your family limit • Update your contact info • Order a new membership card Reset your password When you log in for the first time, you’ll need your program number and ADF Family Health online account password. If you don’t already have an online account, you can register for this within the app. Help improve this app!
