The application is also assisting in the automation of different services provided by the power sector including new connection, change of attributes, due date extension, meter change request, meter reading correction, opt for smart meter and many others. The application enables users to initiate the above-mentioned request for their associated meters. Being integrated with the system it keeps the consumer update about the processes by sending push notifications.
