Cutting down scroll time requires collective action. Spend less time scrolling and foster real-life connections. NOMO leverages our founder’s cutting edge behavioral research. Our research shows that NOMO challenges lead to a ~50% reduction in feelings of depression, and a ~20% increase in overall life satisfaction. Join now and free the thumb! ----- By optionally enabling NOMO App Blocker in the Accessibility settings, the app will be able to detect when social media apps are opened and show a widget or block screen on top of them, helping users stay mindful of their scroll time and within their daily goals. Steps Challenges reward you with Moments for hitting a step goal in a set time, using your phone's step sensor or Health Connect.
