Replacement Young Scot National Entitlement Card If you’ve linked your card and your details are the same, order a replacement through the app. Digital card Use your digital card to access in-store discounts (keep using your physical card for free bus travel and PASS proof of age). Notifications Be notified about new and exciting opportunities straight to your phone. Can be disabled at any time. The app is available for 12 to 26-year-olds throughout Scotland. You will sign up for a mygovscot myaccount and be asked to link your Young Scot National Entitlement Card.
