#career-centre-images img {width:300px;}政府統計處日前發表最新的勞動人口統計數字，今年9月至上月經季節性調整的失業率為3.8%，與本年8月至10月的數字相同。就業不足率在該兩段期間亦保持不變，維持於1.6%的水平；該兩段期間比較下，各行業不經季節性調整的失業率變動不一，但幅度普遍不大。其中，建造業下的「樓房裝飾、修葺及保養」不經季節性調整最新失業率為8.4%，為所有行業中最高。 勞福局局長孫玉菡表示，展望未來，香港經濟穩健擴張，加上消費信心有所改善，應會繼續為整體勞工市場帶來支持。然而，一些行業的就業情況或仍會因其業務面對挑戰而承受壓力。勞聯主席林振昇則認為，本港經濟雖逐步回穩，惟勞動市場仍未樂觀，料建造業失業率在短期內未必有大幅改善。在私人工程量未有明顯回升時，未來工務工程的平均開支提升至每年約1200億元，以及額外預留300億元在工程項目開支，期望明年漸見效果，工人工作量增加，降低失業率。 近半企業對前景感樂觀另外，香港總商會上周公布「商業前景問卷調查」，結果顯示有48.3%受訪企業對本港未來12個月的經濟前膽表示正面，較去年的18.3%大幅上升1.7倍，總商會認為這是受到中美暫緩關稅、以巴和平談判取得進展等影響，令到信心指數上升。總商會更預料本港今年實質經濟增長3.2%，明年放緩至2.7%，展望未來認為本港經濟具備優勢，同時亦存在隱憂。 調查於10月30日至11月12日進行，收回236份有效回覆，當中有53.4%是中小企、46.6%是大型企業。結果顯示，有28.8%受訪企業今年首10個月營業額按年有增加，41.5%則大致不變；觀望來年，有40.3%受訪企業預料營業額會有增加，亦有44.1%認為會大致不變。至於未來12個月主要挑戰，全球經濟放緩連續3年成為企業的擔憂，其次是營運成本高，第三是地緣政治局勢緊張所致。
