Someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the alcohol when it is delivered. We recommend shipping the wine to your business address. You must be 21 years or older to order. By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. Winery or retailer is the seller of record depending on your state. Applicable sales tax is included. If visibly intoxicated upon delivery, you will not be allowed to receive the wine. Void where prohibited by law. Refunds For full refunds on subsequent shipments, all wines must be returned unopened. If not, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancel any time. If you have more than one active subscription, only the first subscription will be refunded. For full refunds on your second subscription, all wines must be returned unopened. Offers subject to availability In the unlikely event of a wine becoming unavailable, a substitute of similar style and of equal or greater value will be supplied.
