United Way, a registered charitable organization, has been a part of Cambridge, Ontario and North Dumfries since 1940. We work in partnership with community agencies giving hope and building the abilities of individuals, families and the community, while also targeting the root causes of community issues. We provide leadership and support to the non-profit sector and connect community members to find long-term solutions to the issues that affect us most. Through community partnerships, our experienced employees and volunteers look for gaps and opportunities in services and invest in a combination of programs that will have the greatest impact in the most effective way. We�ve done the research, listened to the community, and determined community priorities that will guide our investments with partner agencies.
