2025年8月4日、今年度の最低賃金について、労使双方が参加した厚生労働省の審議会で時給で63円、率にして6.0％引き上げる目安が示され、全国加重平均で時給1,118円となりました。 引き上げ額は、昨年を上回り、過去最高となります。 目安をもとに今後、各都道府県ごとの審議会で最低賃金が決まり、10月以降、順次適用される予定です。 時間給だけでなく、日給、月給者についても、最低賃金を下回っていないか、確認しましょう。 また、事業所内最低賃金が改正後の最低賃金を下回っている場合は、引き上げが必要になりますが、引き上げと同時に生産性を上げるため設備投資等の取り組みをおこなう場合、その費用の一部が「業務改善助成金」によって助成される可能性があります。 ただし、10月以降、取り組みを行う場合、少なくとも引き上げられた最低賃金を更に30円以上引き上げる必要があり、申請が難しくなる場合があります。 そこで、最低賃金の引き上げ前に交付申請（計画の提出）をおこない、賃金の引き上げを行うことをお勧めいたします。 申請には、予算の関係で予定より早く申請が打ち切られる場合もありますので、申請を検討される場合は労働局に確認の上、早めの対応がお勧めです。 当助成金に関するご質問や申請のサポートをご希望のお客様は、畠山労務管理事務所までお問い合わせください。
