Show statement:DIRECTIONS - to the Skopart studio on the island of Skopolos ( from our most beautiful Air B and B called I Love You More Than My Luggage): Out the door and turn right ( sometimes I turn left but that’s not good) take the pathway that climbs up to the stone steps . Then turn right somewhere else. Then left up the stairs with the iron railing. Turn right at the top and follow the path climbing up to the place where the motor bikes are parked (sometimes) then right up the pathway to where the cat fight was . Then straight along to where the donkey (Anna) sometimes is. Then past the fig and apricot trees and some other trees. Then right again up some stairway to the wall that we call the Mondrian wall ( because of the way the bricks are laid). Then straight along to where you can see the white chairs in the distance. Turn left and climb until you come to a street. This is a good place to stop and breath for a moment and look down at the sea. Then turn left and walk up to the white stairs and turn right climbing the stairs . Now you have a choice- you can take the donkey trail ( which is shorter and filled with wild flowers but harder to do if you are carrying a bunch of art supplies , but totally worth while! Or take more stairs . Then keep climbing stairs. More stairs . Avoid the bees and the horse flies, but be sure to say hi to the snake. Then some more stairs . And more stairs . This is the straight up stair area, then you come to a narrow lovely street with fig trees . Turn left and head up this hill . Turn right at the T and you will see the sign for Skopart . And a short driveway with cherry trees and artichoke plants and roses,that you get to descend instead of ascend. If you need help, you can ask someone, as they are very lovely people here, but they also might try to talk you out of the entire expedition because you are only wearing flip flops and you are basically climbing what is equal to the Eiffel Tower two - three times a day. 🩵🩵🩵💙💙💙💙💙💙💙🩵
