The President of Russia issued today, 1 April 2010, a decree for Russia to revisit some of the public health protocols from the Soviet times. “The recent virus scare has made us rethink the direction in which Russian public health care went after the end of the Soviet Union. Our reliance on products and procedures from the western medical-industrial complex has turned out not to be any better than the traditional Russian methods, more in harmony with nature. The reluctance and even fear of using sunlight therapy against a wide range of health issues and as a powerful prophylactic is one of our specific concerns.
